We are a non-profit association working to reshape leadership in Israel by cultivating a shared language of awareness, integrity, partnership, and responsibility, while expanding equal opportunities for women, marginalized communities, people with disabilities, and youth at risk.

Our Mission

Our mission is to lead a mindset shift in Israeli leadership by developing and embedding conscious leadership grounded in awareness, integrity, partnership, and accountability. We empower women and underserved populations to step into influence, and we deliver education, training, convenings, and collaborations that build ethical leaders across community, social, educational, public, and private spaces.
